Nasty, uncloseable, forced interaction ads that take the whole screen. Screw this.

I needed an updated version of this kind of app. With that said, this app handles everything I need it to!! Way to go developers by making a simple version of the app FREE!! Keep up the great work, thanks for the FREE APP!

Strange input

Very strange input process. You can’t place the cursor in the middle of an entry and then delete just part. You must type the entire number, including all zeros, for every entry. Have no idea why the developer made this limitation.

Very Good and easy to use but very basic app. Does basic loan calculations but no features to include down payments or to include loans with terms shorter than amortization e.g. 10 year term with 30 year amortization as many commercial loans are.
