Transferring legendary items?

Is it just me or can I not transfer my legendary items from character to character? Help please

This app is amazing and saves players like me tons of time when putting your good guns on another character without it taking 5 minutes. The only thing that I thought was a bit annoying is that for players who may have forgotten their Microsoft account, this app should have an IGN log in where anybody types in their IGN and the app starts to run. Definitely get this app. When I used my guns on another character and someone asked me to do a (for example) raid on my warlock but my guns wee on my hunter. I was always yelled at until I got this app. :)

Simple and easy app to transfer items between toons. Creating Loadouts is a snap and a great feature. Doesn't show nechrochasm though. Still have to use the destiny app for transferring that weapon.

This app does what it says it does and is really useful for on-the-go changes to your kit. I only left one star off because of the slightly confusing UI which can lead to some frustration. However, the app is useful anyway so I usually can ignore this.

Like all the other reviews say, it's great! Just needs tabs for individual classes.... Like if I select Titan it wouldn't have the custom load outs for my hunter.

Easy to use and very useful. I've had no glitches yet. I recommend using this if you play Destiny.
