Good for viewing, no advanced function

Had to report a fraud, app said Lloyd’s is open 24/7 for that but it is a lie. Got voice recording and next day was told I had to go to a branch to report fraud. They couldn’t even do it over the phone! You would think fraud prevention and protection would be a priority?

Once you have the hang of it, it proves quite straightforward. Mind you ,choosing a unique nickname took many efforts!!

While the app is ok as far as banking apps in the UK go, it is impossible to get any help when you need it. They offer a mess engine service via the app, which is advertised as the only way to contact the bank if not by phone, however unless your query is very basic and can be answered by the bot, don’t expect to have it solved. No response from multiple requests.
