Sea ice? When I’m looking at the lakes of northern Canada in winter, I can see the snow pack, which is great, but it shows lakes and the Hudson bay as being dark, as though they’re still liquid. I’m not sure if maybe there’s a very faint sea ice layer or if I’m just seeing thin clouds. Sea ice should be white as snow (basically making the frozen lakes invisible in surrounding snow pack) I think it would help people appreciate climate change a little more if they could see the retreating sea/lake ice for themselves.

For forever, I’ve been profoundly fascinated by our majestic universe. Eager to learn everything about this miraculously beautiful experience that we call LIFE…so quite naturally , I’m in instant awe of any app “Starring” EARTH itself! Ohh ..and how lovely all of the various views are too! Thank you so very much for creating a visualization platform , that beautifully exhibits our EARTHS tangibility… for if only “ONE” human being is prompted to comprehend that this is “GODs CREATION” , absolutely NO way possible that WE, as well as our magnificent, intricate, precisely and perfectly balanced World are mere…“RESIDUAL- left-overs”… unintentional, pure happenstance, results of some “BIG BANG”?? SMH…WE are lovingly created.. Too wonderfully equipped , intelligently created by our GOD to believe such nonsensical hypocrisy!! God Speed to you for creating such a lovely awe inspiring app..Many Many Thanks?

the maps dont have a loop -- so you can only see the current map. the clouds aren't even in 3d so you can't really even see where the big storms are. not recommended.

I wish I could see air quality as well. That is quite vital on some part of earth (e.g. Korea, China, India etc.)

This app has changed how I look at the world and myself. It has expanded my consciousness to encompass in a more dynamic way, the life on this earth. And when I shrink the earth down to its smallest size and view clearly the stars and the milky way (all in their right place), the sense of the cosmos dawns in my consciousness. Very functional. I change my location list a lot. But it’s a great overview of the worlds weather at a glance, combined with the local weather and forecasts out to almost a week ahead. I also use it to check the times at locations. I am an International Captain for a major US airline but sometimes I just enjoy expanding the earth and spinning it in my hand.
