I was at 59 days yesterday smoke free. Went to check my progress last night and tried to exit the app and clicked on the I Smoked button, didn’t mean to and now it says 0 days smoke free. Why isn’t there a reverse button?

Super easy to use. My only issue is I quit about a month ago but still want to keep track and there isn’t an option to go back in time when setting the quite date ?

It would be helpful to be able to edit a previous day. I forgot to log two cigarettes and I want to be honest and accurate with this process! I also think there could be more encouragement. Like “congrats you cut your weekly usage by half, keep it up” or something.

There aren’t any options to say if you’re using a patch and to calculate that cost. The patches I’m using also recommend using 2mg gum for strong cravings, and there isn’t an option for that either. I quit yesterday, but the app won’t let me pick a day that already happened. When I first opened the app it asked me how many cigarettes a day I smoke and set the goal as 0. I clicked modify and entered the same info, but this time it had me basically weaning myself off of cigarettes. This is a confusing way of doing things, and it’s probably not a good idea to keep smoking at all once you’ve decided to quit.

Why would you have an app where I can’t use it if today or tomorrow isn’t the day I decided to quit? I quit 2 weeks ago and wanted to use this app but it won’t allow me to put a date prior to today. So stupid

I tried it once but didn't give it a fair try. I have decided to quit smoking FINALLY! The apps user interface & encouragements leave nothing left out. It's a GREAT app! I am not suggesting it to everyone I know that has been thinking about quitting. Thanks SO much, excited taking this step to better my heath ❤️❤️❤️
