Like the app but needs work on map/forecast

Like the current, hourly and extended forecast. Do not like that the forecast map doesn't work, goes to Death Star screen and never shows any local maps. Hard to see where a storm is coming from when it doesn’t show you. Fix the map and it would be a top rating.
Almost perfect, but...

My most used weather app for its simplicity, accuracy and nicely rendered graphics. Remains buggy on the iPad as it never calls up radar nor any games. I would love to see a ‘phases of the moon’ icon incorporated into the app somewhere on the main page, too. Hope you guys are still doing version updates.
Location can’t be found

Seems to be the biggest issue I have with this app. It doesn’t seem to recognize states. If I enter “Portland” for instance, I get multiple results for Portland in the United States but how do I know which is Portland in Oregon versus Portland in Maine? If I enter Portland, OR it says location can’t be found. Absolutely useless if this app can’t zero in on a location beyond the country....

Every day the weather forecast is accurate to the actual degree. I know how to dress and what to expect during the day. When hunting or fishing I can know when bad weather either is coming or going. Keep up the accuracy.

Has NO tutorial or help to guide you in how to use it. If you want to add a city, you type the city name but are NOT allowed to specify state. So when I want Dallas TX, I see “Dallas. United States” about 6 times because “Dallas” exists in different state. But there is no way to determine which one is which, except to choose it as your location. Which brings me to the next problem. Once ANY location is added to your list of locations it is yours PERMANENTLY. THERE IS NO ability to delete any location. The Edit Locations lets you add, but there is no swiping anywhere to delete an item, not delete button, no minus button, no anything that will remove anything. Perhaps if you delete the app and start over, but why should I have to delete to change a setting. Then there is always the button to try to trap you into getting one of the developers games. That should have been my clue that this app was a joke and not a real information source. But it seemed to have a novel way of presenting info. I turned on “Location Services” for the app and it picked something which sounds like the neighborhood where I live (same name). And right after selecting it the forecast matched where I live. But within a day or two it is calling for temps which are 20 to 30 degrees off from my location. Or like this morning it say we will get a heavy snow and sleet storm, there is NOTHING AT ALL forecast like that in the next week even. So at every turn, this “Live Weather” is DOA! A piece of horrible information that has little relevance to where I am. And I can’t MAKE it change to my real location. I can pick on of the other “Dallas. United State” and hope it is closer to where I live, but no guarantee it won’t be Dallas Maine perhaps or maybe Dallas Siberia (no that is where I actually am now that Texas never gets above freezing any more). I will delete the app and have NO weather app. It will be better info that “Live Weather” provides for the RANDOM “Dallas” locations in the US, but never indicating what state. Other apps let you enter your zip code, but NOT “Live Weather” they just want to you get one of their games. NEVER!!!!

I use two weather apps. They are both good. However, this one is the one I check the most often - I like the notifications since they are pretty much up-to-date. The only issue I have is the spelling error in the notifications. Please fix it. Change “tommorrow” to “tomorrow”.
