Love this app but sometimes they dont answer your questions. They just leave you there until you cancel it. Sometimes it seems like they are just saying what they think you want to hear!

I have used this app in the past with no problem. And honestly there are some great psychics on here. HOWEVER, one of them had a “special” going where if you left them a good review they would send you a more detailed and in-depth answer to your question. So I left a review and never got an answer. Then I spent ANOTHER $7.99 asking her about the more in-depth answer and she said she would get back to me the next day. Well I never got that response. So I contacted the support chat and they told me that I could “ask her again when I send her another question.” Meaning pay ANOTHER $7.99 for this. I told them I did that already and they said they don’t have another way to contact the reader. So I wrote back to SUPPORT “What a scam” and they BLOCKED ME!! The mother Effin chat support blocked me because I called them a scam. This app is quickly becoming a joke and exactly like I said, a scam also!

The creators of the app are very rude and unprofessional. I have emails and conversations to prove it. They use abusive language manners to speak and “help” their online readers. This app shouldn’t be in the Apple or google store, period. If you buy a reading for let’s say 99 cents, the reader gets 25 cents. If you buy a reading for $4.99 the reader gets $1.00. “Jade” had explained we are here to make money when I explained they should as a company know that while readings are fun to give and get, the readers should also know how to spot when someone is in crisis and offer links and numbers for physical support. Example: suicide prevention hot line number. She didn’t want to hear that. I have proof of my interactions with “Jade”. Also, IF YOU ARE SEEKING A JOB WITH THIS SITE; you’ll have to PAY A $200 A SET UP FREE. The platform is so difficult the creators them selves cannot figure out how to use it! I have proof of that as well. They’ll “set up” your profile and they will block your account if you block any client, or not offer them service bc you cannot connect with them .... because they are there to make money of course. They do not care for the client nor their readers. The readers are underage and uneducated. Most cannot barely spell. Some have video profiles saying their names are one name, profile says another, then when you get in chat with them, they have another name. Apple really needs to review these types of apps a bit more. So many people are getting scammed.

I just wanna say that this app is retry decent I’ve been talking to Paige now for about a month and everything she said seems to be panning out they’re also very good with describing my poi to a T. I feel like all the bad reviews on here are just coming from people who are bitter and mad because they didn’t hear what they wanted to hear. That’s very evident. If what you’re all saying so true their wouldn’t be any good reviews ever. So please don’t listen to that bs and just try them you’ll be glad you did!
