My iPhone 7 & wife’s iPhone X & my friends iPhone 8 all crash after password is entered. One other friends iPhone 6 doesn’t crash & it works for him but I can’t use it because it crashes.

The app is great, but has issues running on iOS version 12.1.1 iPhone X. Specifically, the app crashes after entering the congregation passcode.

It works on my iPhone 6+, but would prefer to watch on my iPad Pro 10.5 because I’m in an ASL congregation. I can log in on my iPad but as soon as I enter the password, it crashes and I can never connect to the meeting.

I’ve had app for months. And still hasn’t fixed bug on iOS devices. App crashes every time after entering the Pin.

App crashes after entering password on iPad Pro tablet. iPad works fine if I use a web browser instead of the app to go to the site. Works fine on IPhone 7 running same number OS

1st review says use site instead of app. Can KH live be accessed through JW.ORG? On iPad? Has anyone had success with Apple iPad? Tips? A brother told me some time ago he was able to view on his home computer, but needed to download some software first. Now he doesn’t remember the software. Others have mentioned browser. Which browser are you using? Does Explorer sound right? A sound brother said we can watch using Roku. He said he found it in ‘channels’, but couldn’t recall how he found it. This sis really technologically challenged. Please help! Thanks to hard working bros who had this idea and made it possible for shut ins to watch meetings.; and all you do for us!
Please bring the recordings back like it used to be!

Why did they stop recording the meetings? Now I can only listen to the meetings live! And I loved being able to save the meetings that I really liked! Now I cannot do this!
