Terrible customer service

I've contacted customer service about a purchase issue through Facebook and no response in several days. So much for customer service.

No slider option to choose starting amount. Why take away explore tables? Poor implementation of an update with so many obvious issues present. Will definitely not be playing now thanks for ruining the game by putting out an update that doesn't work.

The icons shrink in the middle of the table. Can't see well enough to play. Please fix. I need my fix

I'm having the same problem and last night I had a new game to pick and this morning it was gone something like cash tables with out the ridiculous blinds

The latest update has totally changed my desire to play the game on this app. The problem is that the players are in the center of the table and they have been reduced in size so it is very difficult to tell what the chip count is. Very poor update! Needs to be revised!

I play many other poker apps. This app is the worst. I have sent in numerous questions and never ever got responses. I have friends who are deleting this app because of the inconsistencies. There is a game called fast fold and it has been down for one week for maintenance. It should not take this long to do an update. Very disappointing

Happy with the new update. Fast fold tables finally fixed! Chat option doesn't seem to work on iOS though.
