This app would be cool if it worked as a wallpaper. It only "twinkles" when you are on the app. You cant use it as a wallpaper. Total waste of time. Do not download.

In more than 1 area it states beautiful twinkling images. Then in 1 small area it says does not twinkle when saved as wall paper. False advertising!

Umm, it does too say it twinkles, Mr. Self Righteous! AND it's listed as a LIVE wallpaper...which it is NOT!!
