Good for learning to write letters and numbers

Nice app. I got this for my 2.5 yr old and she likes it. She can recognize all the letters and numbers be coz of another game we got her. But she is learning to write them with this app. It does not have any bugs I that I have encountered. Would be more attractive if there were some animations. Also, in the section where they show what a letter stands for (e.g. J for jaguar), tracing should show mini versions of the symbol. It is confusing when they are tracing random apples and pineapples and hay stacks, but the letter stands for something totally different (e.g. J for jaguar).

Overall I like it and the ability to individualize it and add pictures - but the recording feature for adding new words often does not work - it won't record and just keeps saying 'new' which limits the main feature of this app that I needed.
Can't get through the parental gate!

This is fundamentally a great app that allows for lots of customization. Unfortunately, the parental gate doesn't work for me and tech support has not been helpful at all. I'm stuck unable to customize it for individual students, which reduces its usefulness. Maddening!

Good App, you can customize your sight words and numbers but the parents gate is a pain in the but please can you change that for something easier as additions

I downloaded the pro version which I like, but I wish it would come with a standard font manuscript that is used in schools. As a teacher I have found it useful to be able to use this in centers and have each student have their own name to practice writing using correct letter formation. I also like the other customization features like selecting the dot order for specific letters and numbers. I had to change some of the stroke orders to accommodate what is being taught in class, but the "letter shadow" doesn't quite match. Overall it is a great app, just wished it had the Manuscript font.
