I just purchased the pink puppy and it has recognized that I purchased her but she is still locked! My granddaughter is really upset & that's not ok! U need to fix this & unlock that puppy!!

App crashes too often

My 3 year old loves this app but it crashes at the feeding part. I would like my 4.99 back please. Also once the dog is rescued you can't rescue it again or at least we haven't figured it out yet.
Molly's ladder problem
Love the puppies!
I don't understand how to save Molly. I had to pay to get all of the puppies and I've saved all of them except her. Please fix this! Please!

Have to buy all these different animals just to keep it fun because it's not fun when you only have ONE dog to recuse

My two year old likes Doctor games. She beat this app in 20 minutes and gets frustrated now because it will not reset after she has saved each puppy. The cost of unlocking all pets and features for this game is also ridiculous.
