Subscription Details:
- A 1-month subscription is $4.99. The subscription will expire one month after the date of payment.
- The auto-renewal monthly subscription is $3.99. Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed each month.
About the Auto-Renewal Subscription:
- All payments are charged to iTunes accounts.
- In order to stop auto-renewal, turn off the feature in your iTunes account settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Even if you stop the auto-renewal feature, you will have access to the content until the expiration.
- Even if you delete the app, auto-renewal will be on. You will need to stop the auto-renewal feature through iTunes.
- All inquiries related to iOS payments (refunds, double purchases, etc.) must be asked directly to Apple Support.

No way to get support. Password retrieval system is fake.

Forgot password, and password retrieval system never sent me an email to reset password. No way to contact and request for assistance, nothing. So I paid for a subscription and now I’ve been hung out to dry. If I pay, I expect more support for something as simple as password reset. Disappointed and angry.

Using it on an iPad Pro 12.9 third gen. With iOS 13.1.3. In many cases pinyin is incorrect on the script. Some videos have parts where no audio sounds. It crashes very frequently and it is annoying. Also, every time I log in I have to hit on restore purchase, it can not automatically detect the fact I have a subscription. There are no games. I really love your website. Please try to update this app as I am unable to use the website on my iPad . Thanks, S

I use this app as well as the website which has a few more features like games and vocab lists. Most videos are between 1-4 minutes but there are many of them and they are very high quality. Each video has subtitles in both pinyin and hanzi, plus transcripts in English, and the stories are very cute. Totally worth the $4/month.
About: with Adobe flash, it’s annoying!
