Cannot restore in-app purchases!!!

After paying $4.99 plus tax for the ad-free full version of this game for my daughter, the game locked up and wouldn't load anymore. We deleted the game yesterday morning and re-downloaded right after to fix the issue, and clicked the restore purchase button once it had downloaded fully and it did not restore our ad-free version of the game and is trying to make us pay another $4.99 plus tax to unlock the game again. I have e-mailed the developer and waiting on a response. My daughter is so upset and Im very frustrated as she doesn't have enough money on her account to pay for this again; and Shouldn't Have to!!!!!
Locks up all the time.

I bought this and shortly thereafter it began locking up. I deleted it and Redownloaded it but it won’t restore my purchase. Waste of $5. DOESN’T QUALIFY FOR A REFUND WITH APPLE!!!
I don’t recommend.

You have to repurchase in other devices. Very inconvenient. Just don’t buy.

This game is supposed to have a one time in app purchase to unlock all game play. We've paid once and have the purchase in the apps purchase history, but any time we push the button to restore purchase in the game it does absolutely nothing but make a clicking noise. Very disappointing considering we paid $5 to be able to play this game.
