Little Doctor May will pat the patient's body and you should inject exactly the same points, exactly the same number of points to pass your level test. But the order is not required, so you can inject the body in the order as you like.
The number of points will increase as the game goes on. If you lose, May will cry and you have to restart at the failed level.

This game is inappropriate this game says bad words and shows a lady's behind I do not reccemend this game to anyone and never will if this is supposed to be for kids it should be taken out of the app store I think you guys should know how to make a game for a 5 year old this game needs improvement to it !!! This game does not make a child comfortable to go to the doctors!!!

This is the dumbest app ever! It is totally inappropriate for kids! Why would they make an app for children where you give an injection in someone's butt???!! Totally wrong, and I DO NOT recommend it.
