Would rate higher as I have played the older games they have made similar to this one. Those older games were designed more for solo play and did not have the “community” feel to it. I feel like they tried to change that with this version and I’m excited to see the potential of that. It’s also great that people can “gift” parts that you need for upgrading your towers. I’ve gone through some of the missions where the parts I’m looking for “drop” multiple times trying to get that last blueprint I need and get frustrated. But then, one of the members of my alliance would send it to me and life itself would change. Overall, great game and strategy. Even the graphics are great. Love that there are certain places for me to get required components I need for upgrading. Only negatives are that the game crashes way too frequently. Add to that the whole log in process takes time as it uses Facebook. I want to be able to just hop into a game and start playing. Because of the “trying to make this an online game” you can’t just do that. So if you have terrible connection or wifi, that makes things worse. Would love to give it 5 stars, and I’ll change it to that. Not until I can actually sit down and play this for an extended time though. The crashing is just too frequent and is very frustrating. Also would love to be able to play offline to farm whatever I need and have an option or choice to get online for ladder and conquest. Not make those features mandatory and reliable on connectivity.
