I finish this game yet it won’t let me it keeps saying that I don’t have all of them and it keeps taking some away

I started playing this game with my sister and we almost had it completed. Once we hit 578 the game wouldn’t let us finish, which I mean is ok cause it’s only two things, but for perfectionist this really bugs us. Great game over just wish we could have finished :(
