I can’t log into my account at all I’ve deleted and downloaded the app twice and still nothing what’s going on...... and now your website isn’t working so I can’t contact app support is this a joke

I like the app but the only problem I have is I recently got a new phone and had to start over on my app and the book I was reading is no longer available on the app ?

I am simply not a fan, it’s horrible. I have an ipad and doesnt seem to enlarge. So im stuck trying to read on it sideways and in very tiny print.

iPhone users are unable to purchase the books and for my tablet the app isn’t even available. I’m so disappointed in this app. I had it before and the books I did purchase on my old phone are not transferable to the other device so you are forced to purchase a second time if you want the book. Just frustrated about the app

I have had the app since it was first released and have not had any problems. Just waiting for it to add the option for a subscription and I am all set!! I love the company and all the authors. I love the fact you don’t have to wait on the release date like other apps it’s on there when it says it go be there!!!

I’ve had the app since it came out and enjoy using it! I haven’t had any major problems. Just a small delay in being able to get certain books due to being an apple user ! Apple users are at a small disadvantage when it comes to books that are being uploaded while android users are able to read as soon as they hit the app. Other then that I haven’t had any problems. I’m sure once everything is worked out the app will work just fine for everyone!
