Invaluable to me

Mito in Spring

One of only two apps that I have running 100% of the time. Keeps me organized. No more forgetting little details. It’s great that you can add images to a task. I would like to have the ability to change the name of the images from “Image 8657” to something a little more descriptive like “map to site”.

Cluttered Interface

cacofonix1

Cluttered interface. Shows every single number as a contact entry. Just show me the contact and let me decide which number or email I will use to get in touch. Too bad i already purchased it.

By Far the Best

I am in inveterate list-maker. A good application makes planning my day so much more productive. This is the very best I’ve found. I wish I had found it years ago. The developer has not only thought of virtually everything one could ask for in a planner but has done so with such aplomb that the list is not only easy to use but extremely intuitive as well as attractive. This one is worth more than five stars.

Super task manager

Sealed4ever

I have tried using a single app fir both reminders and tasks but for me, it doesn’t work well. I wanted a product that syncs across Mac iOS. Used to use Wunderlist until Microsoft acquired it. (I don’t want yo go there.) My solution is to use Reminders fir usual reminders & errands, shopping lists, etc. But, once it’s a “project” I use Listaway. It’s intuitive and has enough fields for the data I might need for some things. I don’t need anything with any more bells and whistles than Listaway. Thanks to the developer. Any chance I’ll be able to use Apple Pencil on my iPad Pro in future?

Impressive

I have struggled greatly with the Omni products. They are high quality but high learning curve and cost for every upgrade. No more. This app really hits a sweet spot, simple yet powerful. Only thing I would love to see is a watch complication. Love it!

Best Organizational App Out There!!

kirchcatch

This is the first review I’ve written for an app, but I had to bite the bullet and congratulate you for making something something that is leaps and bounds above everything else out there. My girlfriend gets annoyed because I’m always recommending and raving about this app to colleagues and friends when the topic of organization comes up, but it’s literally changed everything about how I plan my personal and professional life. What I love most is that, unlike almost every other app on the market, with each update the app just gets better and better. You’ve stuck with what made this app appealing to me in the first place, but the changes you do release always seem to make it even more user-friendly, versatile, and customizable. Little things like double tap to open task/subtask details; turning off/on priority numbers; allowing a task to be starred right from the add task function; and being able to add contact information from your address book, or files from your connected drives, are all features that keep improving in functionality and make this app a powerful tool indeed. As you seem to pay attention your users input, I have a few small requests that I would love to see implemented in the future if at all possible: 1) A “quiet time” feature that you can switch on for task/subtasks that disables hourly repeat alerts during a user-defined period of time. I love the hourly reminder feature, but as most of my tasks are work related, I would like to have the ability to disable those alerts from say 5:30p-8:30a and then resume the next morning. It’d be great if you could make the “quiet time” unique for each task/subtask, but even allowing users to define one period and enabling an on/off switch within tasks would be a huge addition. 2) The ability to sort task/subtasks first by color, then by priority. I am a case manager, and in my case management list I like to color code tasks differently for different youth, and then use numbers to prioritize. It’s not too hard to sort manually, and I suppose I could just have a youth as different colored tasks and make everything into subtasks sorted by priority, but I really like to see them all in the list to better gauge my current and future workload. I also feel like the sort by color function, and multiple layers of sorting, would be an awesome feature. 3) Allowing call/text, new email, and address lookup functions from phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses located within the notes section. I love Listaway as is, but I would be thrilled to see any of these featured/functions added in some way to your platform! Please let me know if there is a way I can further support your development efforts. I would gladly make a donation to help this team continue making improvements and putting out an even better product!

Just what I need

I’m a very detail oriented, list person. I’ve been looking for the longest time for the perfect app that allows me to organize things how I want and need them done....this is all that and more.

Great app if you want to be organized

Best Organizer App!

SJPMI6

Updated Review: Had this app a long time, use it daily but today it wouldn’t open (and I kinda panicked) so contacted the developer. The support was absolutely amazing!! They didn’t leave me hanging, emailed me back right away and fixed the problem. It wasn’t their fault, was mine looked like my files were too big. I left completed tasks sitting in ‘Archive’ instead of deleting therefore IOS was having a problem opening the app. When I permanently deleted from the ‘Recycle Bin’ all was good? All my info is still there after deleting the app and backing up from iCloud. ? Highly recommend this app. Best app & developer support ever!
