Liquid Math

Liquid Math is an interactive simulator for reaction-diffusion systems. There are patterns in nature all around you that form spontaneously from surprisingly simple rules. Liquid Math uses reaction-diffusion systems to simulate the same sort of pattern formation that happens naturally in the raised edges of brain corals, pigmentation in animals with stripes, and more.

Great job

This would be even better if you could get it to tile tessellate for patterns repeating…

Love the new update however when making color themes/palettes when ever i try to change the color and the grid-spectrum-sliders tab comes up when i try to change the color it keeps going back down and i have to go to the tab multiple times to drag it over to where i want the slider to be

Neat but some issues...

The app crashes whenever I try to click the “i” button. :(

Still enjoying

I guess he must’ve added a new screenshot mode button because I don’t have problems with that anymore… A great program for using potential artwork in the potential artworks I seem to be coming back to it fairly often...Great work great fun

Great survey of reaction / diffusion techniques!! Really fun to play around with & pretty flexible.

Enjoyed

Very fun though there is some Alan Turing based reaction diffusion things I’m looking for me… And I had to figure out how to do a screenshot on the iPad you have to hit the home button very quickly as you hold down the on off button otherwise Siri will bargain bargain in barge in...ha Then you have to crop out The name of the reaction if you want to use it for artwork... it would be nice if there are some more artwork-based functions like transparency tiling video saving etc. etc. etc.
