So my Lipsi is stuck on the loading screen and is not letting me log in. I have an iPhone 8, brand new , and the app is not working what do I do ? ( I tried resetting my password )

I get on the app to sign up. and boom it crashes. I can restart my phone and it doesnt help. I really dislike this app right about now.
