I have had this app for a little over 6 months with no issue. I upgraded my phone from 6s plus to X and the app will no longer open any content. I can still search for diseases and medication, but no content is provided. Very helpful in the beginning but now very disappointing.
I'm in nursing school and I was so excited about this AP. Sadly it has so many errors I can not rely on it at all... Buyer beware. :(
I really enjoy this app, and it is a great resource for students and seasoned nurses alike. The one negative thing about this app that I have found so far, is that the search feature has been absolutely terrible for me. It only searches for exact matches. For example if you type in "Chronic" it won't bring up anything. And it also doesn't account for acronyms, so if you type in "COPD" again, nothing will be found. So you will get good at finding things through the menus which is not that hard. Otherwise definitely worth the $30/year.
The free trial only tells you what an MI is? Seriously? My 2 year old knows the definition of an MI. How can I even know if the app is worth buying the subscription for if there is nothing to try out. I have them 2 stars to be nice but I wouldn't even give it 1. Oh and it crashes. It crashed within 22 seconds of trying to figure out what else I can see in the "free trial" as if buying the books & docucare wasn't enough. SMH
Locks up on loading the update and can not access the application functionality.
The interventions do not have rationales, which are often required of students. This is limiting, and kind of annoying for a $30 app. I don't regret the subscription, though. This does contain a lot of information presented in the context of nursing, and is very user-friendly. Cuts the time of care plans down.
I can sign in online with my username and password from my college, but the app will not accept my credentials. This is very annoying and problematic for me. Please fix!
I bought this app mainly because my Lippincott account was such a huge pain... I was constantly needing to log back in on safari/google... I will be knee deep in homework and have to log back in... I think its a huge pain! This app however has saved me time and headache and I can get it on my phone as well. Thank you! It would be great had it been able to sync with my account with school... Yet the 30.00 a year is well worth the time I am saving!
