Offline Reading Does Not Always Work

Offline reading does not work; this problem is for a paid subscription and for monthly issues that were already downloaded! Issues previously downloaded disappear, 5 times for me in the past 8 months! Customer support does not answer emails.
Needs update for iPhone 6 and 6 Plus

Needs to take proper advantage of the larger 6 series screens. Currently just zoomed by iOS, which makes it look muddled. Could be really great, especially on Plus. Come on guys the 6s is already out, how long should this take?

Cannot download issues in the background. Can barely download issues in the foreground. Issue archive is a joke. The authors of this app can only save their honor by ritual suicide. Just terrible. How can LJ, a technology periodical, allow this???
