I have a learning path I’m working towards and I cannot see it on the mobile app, nor follow the classes. Makes the app useless for me.
Good trainings, but sync is taking to much time, and resetting my score of conpleted modules :( Also started course is not displayed on the dashboard. The worst experience ever. Do not recommend this app, until the issues are fixed.
Originally logged on through a computer, when I downloaded the app, it didn’t even have the course I was working on(aws ccp). Useless.
I never faced as many issues in the past. Is Acloud guru team committed to maintaining Linux academy and the app? I read the CEO oath but don’t see the app’s issues being fixed.
I have an LA account but cannot login using the iOS app because the login button does nothing.
This app is horrible. It is hard to find anything. Search doesn’t filter properly, so be read to scroll a lot. Download is a mess. I can’t get it to download the second half of the units for what I’m working on. There is no way to save a list of courses you are doing, so the only way to get back to the course is through search or through the saved videos. Now that I am past the last saved video, it is a chore each time I want to reopen. Annoying experience on both iPad and iPhone—though it is better if you are taking a short course and have space to download everything. Just let me save a list of courses so I can open them in the training tab please. Great service though in a browser on my PC.
The dashboard of current apps does not synch with those when logging-in through the browser. This also has a feature to report bugs that does absolutely nothing. For a company that provides otherwise good courses on cloud computing and coding, you’d think their app would work well but it is not useful without syncing to my current courses.
I’m not sure why LA doesn’t invest any time to fix bugs, probably because they intend to fully merge with Cloud Guru and eventually use their app. 1. Search doesn’t work well. Filters don’t work as well. 2. Total Time for the course and time remaining aren’t accurate. 3. Cannot remove completed courses from the dashboard 4. I just completed many sections of a course and after a while completed sections were reset to not-completed.
I have a full annual membership, but I can’t get this app to let me download or use any of the content I pay for. It keeps treating me like a guest user even though I’ve been a subscriber since long before I downloaded this app (and even before I had this device).
