Use the website instead

BS221

Don’t bother with the app. Functionality is extremely limited, and many features are disabled. The website itself is much better. Can’t upload photos Can’t unpin / reorder skills Can’t upload attachments Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because you can still use the app to read messages.

Good app, annoying notifications

Waldo9030

The app overall is good. The notifications are customizable, but even if the only notification you have on is job anniversaries, they’ll spread 3 or more of them out over an entire day instead of bundling them. I think their app designers are rewarded for how many times per day people use the app, otherwise I only see disadvantages to this design model. Very annoying.

Horrible experience

Dahorse44

This most likely will NOT BE Approved AS IT’s negative,100%. Every time I look in LinkedIn it is constantly prodding to get the up graded edition. I addressed the situation And was informed that they would let me have it for free, only to find when I entered my name and address, that they went to my iCloud account and entered all their information as if I had “purchased” their up graded when I only agreed to try the free one for a month. ( yes, I KNOW THERE ARE NO FREE LUNCHES!!! Ha!!!! I maintain that LinkedIn has the most aggressive, money hungry, unscrupulous people on earth. (Or anywhere else, for that matter.) I informed them That I’m finished with them and will remain This way the remainder of my life. Horrible, the way they entice people to stay InTouch, and expensive. I’ll keep doing as I have for many years (70 plus) it’s worked well for a long time and hasn’t cost any where near $60.00 per month. Good bye ........I feel better already!!!! ?????

Hurts your career

Integrity Review

So much garbage into the feed: ads, click bait, up sells, Lynda classes (resume red flag) it all makes it HARDER to discover, connect and nurture the relationships that matter to you. Really toxic and user-hostile. Did you know every like spams your contacts, announcing you have nothing better to do? Ignore LinkedIn’s responses here—when contacted their mobile team ducked and ran. Updated: LinkedIn’s mobile team cried and denied the low quality feed, eventually admitting their motivation is ad interactions and MAU. The feed setting are willfully useless, so they dismiss it here as “feedback” (called it!)

New version Is super slow and buggy.

Really unfortunate.

Frustrating Experience

Bronson_E

I find the linkedin program to be slow and unresponsive and the messaging portion is not very user-friendly.

Lagging, doesn’t let you post pictures with a caption.

yohan333

Horrible app, doesn’t really let you post images. Pointless. Just use your computer because obviously this social media is dated & doesn’t support IPhone’s.

Bug in New Version

Love LinkedIn, app is great as well however I am unable to add “I’m Hiring” to my “Topics for contacting” section on my profile, just removes it once I save.

Gets stuck...

rshujaat

I have been using it for months now and I like how it is improving. Last week I had an update and since then it gets stuck - I tried to find a place to complain but found no option than to write it here.
