Possibly the worst smart home app. Unfortunately you need it to control a Linear or Precision garage door opener. Took numerous attempts to get connected and even though the door controller shows the door is connected the app shows it offline. This after spending over an hour on hold for tech supporter. There call back and leave a message functions on Linear’s telephone system don’t work either. App is cumbersome to program and it takes multiple attempts. A complete waste.

This app kept crashing when I first tried to use it a couple of months ago. I noticed the app had updates recently and decided to try again. Everything working including the geofence settings. My favorite part is receiving push notifications when the door goes up and down and when the light goes off. Thank you and keep the updates coming!

The app is junk making this unit a waste of money. Wasted so much time trying to get work don’t even feel like explaining the issues. Basically has no functionality. Don’t waste your money.

This app is garbage. It doesn’t stay logged in and will often say that my password is wrong but it’s the same one that is saved and worked the time before. It also will say that the garage opener is offline but it isn’t, it is an app issue. We have had the garage door opener and app for a few months now and I keep waiting for an update to the app that will correct these issues but the company seemingly isn’t concerned once they get your money for the opener. It’s a shame and I wish I had done my research before and chosen an opener form a company that offers better app functionality.
Can we petition Apple for minus star ratings?

This app deserves the lowest possible rating. It is completely not user friendly. It is unintuitive, hard to configure and will not respond to simple changes, i.e, updating your new WiFi router. It cannot be done. The app does not permit the change. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing to correct the symptom. Do not download this app unless you want to frustrate yourself.
