Constant login problems

I was blocked for over two weeks because of login issues. Seems its always happening now. The game will not open.

Lagoon freezes and LINE login erased

The lagoon side of the game freezes every time I hit “play” I took a screen shot of it but it won’t let me upload. I was playing the game awhile before logging into my LINE account mainly because I couldn’t remember my LINE ID. Finally I signed in after it said “login to save your progress” but as soon as I logged in, it erased everything I had. Spent money on the diamonds and whatnot and it’s all lost. There should be a warning before signing into your LINE ID that all things purchased will be lost :(
