Horrible controls ruin a mediocre game

C Brown, MD

This game needs either VASTLY improved controls or to be a truly turn-based game. Then it would be a bland snack, OK for a quickie, but not worth IAPs.

Fun game

Keeps me entertained!

Highly recommended!

This game is huge and super fun! Some folks have complained about the controls and while I have experienced some of the issues mentioned, I think the overall scope of the game trumps the downside here. The graphics and general attention to detail are also really fantastic. I highly recommend this game if you enjoy tactics based games that have you controlling a team, completing missions and generally kicking butt!

Okay

Drager115

The controls are fine you just have to learn to use them. The only thing I don't like about this game is the fact that it keeps crashing a lot! Also you should make the rest of the missions cheeper and add more skirmish maps.

One of the best!

Taru99

I have been playing strategy/military games for years. I have searched I-Tunes for ages looking for a game that was challenging and dynamic. This is one of the best.

Bridge door won't open!!!

Badland52

I've killed everyone. No one is on the bridge, and the bridge door won't open. What's going on? Otherwise, it's a very good game...?

Awesome game

Skibo912

This game is so epic with it's amazing graphics and hours of game play I saw trailer of game and beat the game please make a 2

Very limited gameplay

Danny0117

Game needs to be worked on to improve gameplay, and whats with the pay $5 to continue playing BS, its ok if its for dlc but for the storyline i think thats messed up especially since we can only play 3 missions before having to pay to play the rest

Awkward control scheme

I'm on an iPad but feel that the controls are confusing. You can drag and point but also point and choose actions. When you drag and point it shows where cover is. However when you just point where you want units to go it doesn't show where cover is available. Like wise dragging and pointing doesn't let you choose actions such as stealth. You should set drag and point for turn based"whole team" gameplay and just point for real time play. Suggestions. I like the idea of double tapping to order troops to run instead of walking and actions that toggle such as stealth, healing teammates, attacking, and going to cover. By adding a toggle on/off function; you eliminate the need look for indicated cover and to over micro manage because units will respond more fluidly. The cover system should be an instinct when a unit is under fire regardless. Formations should be utilized on a sort of in game squad menu to allow point men and rear guard units to be established. Example. Machine gunner as point man means that when units move as a group, the faster units will stay behind or at the same pace as the slower unit, allowing him to go to cover first before the others draw attention from enemies. Rear guard should react to flanking quicker.
