Needs different maps

The first two maps are pretty great but the third and fourth maps are kind of ridiculous. They feel too small and restricting. I would've preferred to see a map like the one in Tron: Legacy. One that had multiple levels stacked on top of each-other; with ramps to get between each one. It would make for great gameplay
Paid upgrade doesn't work

My son paid for the two player upgrade and it is no longer working on any of our devices. No response from customer service.

This game is awesome but my problem is I have WiFi but it won't let me join games on multiplayer and also it doesn't say how to unlock 2 player split screen. And every time I click buy on a body Japanese writing pops up the reason this is getting 4 stars from me is because the gameplay is nice and smooth and it is very addicting and the graphics are great. Please excuse my not grammering.
I used to like this game.

I played this game all the time a few years ago and decided to come back to it. There is no way to recover the purchases of bikes I made in this game, I want my money back.

Here is a poem to express how frustrated people are with this game and how close the makers of this game are to having it be successful. It's called "If Only" If only the people who made LightBike can stop worrying about making money by selling ridiculous custom bikes that six year olds buy, and get the stupid Internet match to work. If only the people who made LightBike can actually make fun courses with loops, tunnels, and different pathways If only the people who made LightBike didn't scam people when their six year old bought 20 custom bikes for $50 to see that when they reinstall the app for whatever reason, every purchase is gone! If only I didn't have to buy a stupid ring to play an Internet match that by the way doesn't even work! Then this would be an epic game. So in case the poem is not good enough, here is a story to illustrate my anger. Imagine there was a mountain that was one inch smaller than the tallest mountain in the world, Mount Everest. One day a climber succeeded in climbing the second tallest mountain in the world. Do you think that he would decide not to climb Mount Everest being that it is only one inch taller than the one he just conquered. That is exactly what you are doing with LightBike. You have the basics down for this game. That is what is so frustrating. You are so close to making this game amazing. Please go the extra inch and follow my suggestions to make this game the best game in the App Store. You will make more money than you are now selling Santa Clause transformer bikes to six year olds. Thanks.
