Update is terrible

I haven’t been near a Lifeway in two years because of my location of ministry. Went to use the app to search for a particular book and discovered it had been updated. No searching available, no scanner. This app is basically a piece of junk now. Functional use has been eliminated. Goodbye LifeWay, hello Amazon and CBD. I’m very disappointed in this app.

You literally cannot do anything with this app, it is basically a digital version of the paper catalogs that they send in the mail. You no longer have the ability to check to see if a particular book is in stock at your local store! Very disappointing...the app is essentially worthless now!

Where’s the search bar???

I do NOT like the new app! I used to be able to check availability for my local store and now with the new app I can’t. I’m not happy with this update at all!!!

The latest update appears to have lost the search function. I can only see products that are being promoted at the time. ?

The new update is not good at all. No more barcode scanner, no item lookup, the app has become completely useless and pointless.

This was once a great app and for whatever reason, Lifeway changed it. No longer am I able to search store inventory or see what is available in my store. It is very disappointing and very unfortunate. Luckily, I have a store very close. I’m going to keep the app for the coupon only.

No More Searches??

The update looks great BUT where’s the search option when I’m looking for a book? And, the UPC scan is gone!? ? Waited and waited and still the app isn’t worth it. I can see all you have on the app in the flyer you send and the emails and in the store. Bring back the topic searches and the search option where I look for authors.... please?!

I loved being able to search and see what my local store had in stock. I also liked browsing the topics and finding stuff I may not have otherwise. Please bring it back.

With the most recent update the app is now essentially useless. The price scanner has been removed as has the ability to search for books, bibles, etc. So essentially if you receive the coupons and catalogs in the mail then the app is completely worthless and unnecessary.
