It won’t let my show play (Little Woman Atlanta)

So today (8/17/19) I tried to play my show (Little Woman Atlanta) but it won’t let me play it, it would say “No account returned from UPDA” can y’all fix this problem thank u have a nice day!

The app is ok except that every time I open it I have to reverify my tv provider and login. Also, the continue watching thing is not kept up to date. Please fix.

I like the amount of episodes there is to watch, but I have to keep logging in to my provider, and not able to watch anything. It’s completely ridiculous. I just want to watch my show, but I can’t do that because I have to keep logging in to my provider, which is pointless because my episodes don’t “unlock.”

this is an amazing app i recommend it for people who like watching dance stuff its a bit glitchy but its still fun

this app won’t let me watch anything i’ve been trying for at least two weeks and all is says is Unknown Player Error Failed to load video, please try again Ok and i’ve been trying like i said every day for the past 2 weeks and it does this with every single show
Good but to many advertisements

I love this app but the advertisements are crazy I can hardly get through 5 minutes watching my show without a advertisement. I Hate the advertisements I hope they can shorten them sometimes I can pick 1 minute or 3 minutes but that hardly happens. It would at least be nice to have less advertisements.

Every single time I open the app, no matter where I am, it tells me over and over again that “we’re having trouble loading your shows”. I hit retry and within the same second it pops up again. I’ve tried waiting a few seconds and then hitting retry, I’ve restarted the app, and nothing is working. Please fix this. Otherwise, it has all of the seasons of my show (dance moms) and only plays a few ads. But when there are ads, there are a lot of the same ones over and over again.
The ads are insane!!!

I like this app whereas I can watch some of my favorite shows for free but the ads are crazy. One time the ads came for an hour STRAIGHT. The first time that happened I thought it was a glitch so I refreshed and restarted my phone and the ad thing still happened. And I can only be able to watch half the show before this type of thing happens.
