Praise for Lifeline:
“I’ve played many games that I find engrossing, but Lifeline may be one of the first that changed the way I thought about my daily routine, which leapt off the screen and became a part of my lived experience.” - Eli Cymet, Gamezebo

“For a few brief hours I cared – really cared – about the fate of a completely fictional character. I don’t think any other game I’ve played has made me feel that way before.” - Matt Thrower, PocketGamer

Reviews

Great Story..... Overpriced.
Livin22

I love choose your adventure paths and whatnot. The person on the other line seems to to be realistic, so I’m glad they added personality. There’s no graphics (at least not in the story I ended up doing) which means if you’re looking for visuals this isn’t the game for you. 8/10 at the story, but the pricing really lowered it down to a 6/10

Lacks iPhone X Support, Notifications Broken
BenG524

Title is pretty self explanatory; the size of the content seems to be stuck around iPhone 6 sizing, and my notifications are entirely broken (messages I’ve read show as notifications, new notifications don’t come). I hate to leave a poor review because the game itself is great, alongside the rest of the Lifeline series. But the the quality-of-life things I’m accustomed to seeing from Lifeline are completely lacking in this game.

Test on screen is jerky
Wiggint

The text scrolls too fast. Unlike the other lifeline games, I cannot stop it from scrolling to new messages by holding the screen in place. It constantly jumps to the next message at the bottom of the screen, which brings me to the next con..... SO MANY MESSAGES! It seems like an extremely overly wordy game as compared to the others. I feel like I’m reading boring, random news on the internet as opposed to playing a compelling Lifeline game.

It’s dumb
Shelbie199622

There’s only one story and you’d think for a $1.99 you’d get more then one, text was also to fast for me to read and it was jerky when I scrolled up to read something I haven’t ready yet. If I could go back in time I wouldn’t have bought it. It’s lame. And a waste of a $1.99 in my opinion.

I need help
sis100011

Is it only one story? I just got it and finished the one with Alex and when I hit more lifetime it takes me to a website. Is it really only one story? For $1.99?

Boring
B3LLA.S3RNA

I did the first play and slightly enjoyed it . I finished the story and wanted more but I was let down. There only ONE story . With the same character and plot line. Boring and not worth the price. Well the games fun but it should have another story to do or the same story but another characters view

Lifeline: Crisis line

What kind of game is this, I paid to play a game, not to be texting a game. I would like my money back.

I did every option and he died in first 5 minutes
Scarlet3121

I followed every path and he died in the first part of the story. It makes no sense. Total waste of money.

I’m still not done...
Mikeyb1011

I’ve not finished the game but for a choose your own adventure game, this is the best I’ve ever gone through. In many ways have I found myself empathizing with Alex, wanting badly to solve this problem. But all I can say currently? ....[im sorry] [sorry] [sorry] [sorry] .…………..........[Alex is sorry]

Sometimes frustrating
delisa52

Sometimes the options it gives you are super limiting and frustraing and the path ends for seemingly no reason. The other annoying thing is that there aren’t any remotely halpy endings. I have played every single lifeline in the series and it always ends terrible, which makes the player feel like it was all a waste of time. Still, I give it three stars for being interesting and spooky.
