Why is it not compatible

So I had the game on my phone but when got it on my iPad mini it said it wasn’t compatible but my iPad is a new version so I don’t understand the problem I would have totally purchased all episodes if the app worked ???

THIS WAS AWESOME! All it needed was for the loading screen to be faster to get into the game faster and the animations to be faster! Just to nitpicks of mine! Otherwise it was great!

So I bought the season pass and still I cannot play any episodes listing from episodes 2 to 5. This is extremely annoying. As much as I restore my purchase nothing happens except it says “your purchase has been restored” and then I press “get” to play episode 2 but it just sends me back to purchasing THE FREAKING EPISODES. At this point I just want my money back because I don’t think I’m feeling this game anymore. So either I get my money back or something is done about this glitch, bug, whatever it is.

I have an iPad mini 2. It says that it’s compatible with this iPad and I also have WiFi but the game still won’t work. Please please please please please please please try and fix this issue because I’m definitely not going to get another iPad just for the sake of this. I’m begging you ??????

You guys should’ve made the nightmare with Mr Jefferson in chapter 5 a lot easier. This game for me has taken too long to complete. In certain parts you get stuck for 30 minutes or more confused upon what to do. No one should feel confused or flustered over a mobile game. However I love the storyline beautifully written and lovely graphics.

I used to play this game every day I love everything about it I am working on Disney cruise line and I used to play this game every day I love everything About it I will work so when that update came out I went I have an update but now this is the problem it require Internet connection I was really upset about that please change it back so I can’t play the game without Internet connection. It is very expensive even when using Wi-Fi ? if there is somewhere I can downgrade back or even make it so it doesn’t require Wi-Fi connection I want to play it on the go with out Internet connection, I’ll be extremely happy because I recommended This app to so many of my friends and also bought a season pass a week ago ,please fix it please ??
