You can adapt these exercises to suit you and you are told when the exercise is over so,you don’t have to watch the screen. I like to vary the exercises and do a couple in one session. The positions overlap between the different exercises but that’s fine with me

My daughter introduced me to this app, and although it is many years since I attended a Yoga class I’m finding it very easy and helpful to follow the instructions for these short routines. It especially supportive as I’m in Covid-19 lock down

Very relaxing. Yoga poses are well described. I do the beginner classes. There are many options offered depending on your need for yoga ie flexibility or relaxation etc. As well as time intervals if you are short on time or have lots of it. The woman’s voice is very soothing and there is relaxation music playing in the background. You won’t be disappointed.
It's very easy to use, and I've been using it all the time.

I’m a relative beginner but the app is really well done and definitely has enough options to challenge me. The convenience of having a yoga class available on my phone any time has encouraged me to engage much more often. While real life classes can offer some benefits actually doing something at home has been very helpful to me. I highly recommend Daily Yoga.

I recommend this game for anyone. It’s really easy to play, doesn’t take to much effort to play & you don’t really have to pay to win. All cards are pretty balanced in rarity’s like legendaries aren’t super op. It’s also pretty f2p, I’ve been playing and I’ll continue to play, thank you for such amazing content and I can’t wait to see much more content! ☺️
