It keeps saying unable to connect to server... I’m connected. I punched in correct account number and pin... app isn’t working for me; been trying for the last three hours.
The book I was waiting for is lost

I requested a book. It said it was in transit. I’ve been waiting four days now. Still “in transit”. I looked at the locations of where the book is. All of the locations said “lost”. The app couldn’t let me know this when I was trying to requested it? I could’ve have just bought the book from amazon instead. Most books I want to read is either lost, damaged or they don’t have it.

Great for looking up books, and requesting holds or pickup. But renewal feature for checked out books never works properly.

This app is a joke. I’ve been trying to request items but the app keeps kicking me out. It’s very glitchy. Then I tried logging out and logging back in, but now the app says it’s a login error despite my using the correct library card # and PIN. I’m sure there are better apps that actually work as they should. What a waste of money the Hawaii State public Library System is pouring into this absolute travesty.

The fact that i can easily check availability, renew, or request holds on books is GENIUS! It makes me go to the library even more than ever. So long are the days of driving to the library only to be disappointed that they don’t have your book. Also knowing when the book is expected to be returned?! AMAZING! Everyone should have this app! Now only if they could add a WISH LIST so i can remember what books I eventually want to read vs asking for it to be put on hold but I’m not ready to read it when it becomes available. Added feature perhaps?! ?

I have been using this system’s catalog for years, and I thought maybe the app would be more convenient then the website on safari since I check my acc quite often. I put in my barcode and pin, and there’s “login error”. I re entered it 20 times, no luck. I know it’s correct. Is this a glitch? (Reopened app, was able to login.)

You can search for books, see due dates, and renew your books with this app without having to log into the website. Simple interface; very easy to use.

It doesn't work for me at all. Either nothing comes up when I click on things, or it crashes on me as soon as something does come up. It's completely unusable as is. :(

Difficult to navigate! App should not be for the library employees nor the developers, but listen to the users & make improvements. Provide ability to search database via more than one method. For example include via categories; fiction, non-fiction, history, documentaries, pre-school, primary school, etc. Make it simple for the primary customers.
