I was talking for one minute and than this stupid app recorded my voice and kept repeating what I was saying. every time I try to make a call same thing happens.

Update 12/20/2017 Calls are dropped every 2-3 seconds. I tried to reinstall the app. I’ve sent several password requests and I still have not received the text messages to reset the password. Now I cannot even make any calls. I have already emailed the customer support. Still waiting... Calls are dropped every 5 or so minutes but all of the VOIP companies have the same issue. This the by far clearest reception and the best price that I have used when calling to the Philippines.

This app has gone from fairly good to very bad. I have it for years but lately it got so bad that the calls drop every 3 to 5 minutes even on a very reliable high speed internet. Needs some revamp.

Very bad service. When i try making calls i cant hear absolutely nothing, no ringing tone, no people speaking but it consumes all my credits. The only way to contact them is via email, their customer service will take days to respond and when they do they don’t fix anything, just one line sentence saying “Thank you for using Libon”.Im not sure how good it was in the past but this international calling not worth the headache. Stay far away from this.

Why the sudden increase in prices?? There's 500% increase in prices to call Nigeria, it's really much. I'm forced to stop using it

No doubt it's the best app ever , call tariffs now is too challenging. Almost 80% increase over its former price, I have no choice than stop using the app, especially when calls to Nigeria is very expensive! Thumbs down....
