Please improve the app

I am a new student here at Liberty University but I am no stranger to going to school online. I have been doing so since my sophomore year and I am now in grad school. This app isn’t what I would expect from a school this size. The biggest shortcoming that I have noticed so far is that blackboard does not interface with the app properly. You also cannot participate in discussion or post your assignments. For a busy wife and mother of three like me who goes to school full-time, works full-time, and is part-time at church it is very inconvenient to not be able to do these things on the go through the app. I really hope that some updates are made and that I we see some improvements pushed out soon. However so far I do love the school #Champion4Christ!! ?

Buggy and not iPhone X ready

The app constantly has bugs and moments where it freaks out. There are many simple issues present, but it doesn’t seem like they really care to fix them. (Like the laggy scrolling on the main page) Also, the screen sizes and icons don’t use the full iPhone X screen. It’s really just a horrible port from the iPhone 8 size to make a pseudo version work for the iPhone X.

No email access?

I can get grades result. Yes. What about Email? Under assignment is always empty.. I am better off goggling LU, like I always do. Maybe they should have a separate app for online students. Im only giving 3 stars because I can see the grades. No access to the comments from the professor, gotta go online. I really want to give 2 1/2 stars. So far no glitches. 2017. Original Rate 3/30/18 Able to see grades and comments now. Still waiting on easy email access, and fingerprint access instead of logging in. Didn’t realize I never sent original review in 2017.

Nice fresh look. Is it possible to have a 'report an issue' link in the app? This way people can report issues there rather than under Group Discussion info show is for another group. When looking through profiles under blackboard personal info is disclosed like city, state & zip. Would rather that private information not be shown. Also in the old app you could post a response right from the app to the group discussion board, it looks like that feature doesn't exist. Site could use more testing, ability to read and post to group discussion boards and clean up to remove access to personal home information viewing. Plus degree completion plan appears blank. Thanks

Doesn't work on iPad

I have an iPad 3, and I get a blank white screen in landscape mode and some social media buttons at the bottom of the screen in portrait mode. I deleted and reloaded, but it's still the same.

This app is not good. User/pass always shows up incorrect for blackboard even though I know 100% it's correct. I know this because without changing my username or password, if I hit login and it comes back saying invalid pass...I don't change anything, hit login again and it works. Sometimes I have to do this 4 or 5 times to get a successful login. Additionally, The application gives no notification that it's processing a login. It just lags and finally it brings you in. If there's any app less intuitive than all Microsoft products -- it's this one.

I am an LUO student and have looked forward to this app working. I finally does and it's great. If yours is still not working, simply delete the app and your cookies for it and then redownload it you'll love it!

Boo! Couldn't log in

This app would not allow me to log in with my information (email & password) to access Blackboard, etc. App deleted...if it worked that would be great.
