Downloaded and installed the app. My television and phone are on the same network. The app indicates that it has identified the television yet is not able to exert any control whatsoever. No volume control. No channel control. No power control. Basically claims it’s connected but does absolutely nothing so that makes it a useless app.

This app is stupid ! If I don’t have my remote how do you expect me to my pair my tv when the stupid ad keeps popping up and won’t let me click yes to pair my phone. I don’t have buttons on my tv, just a on and off switch !

Trash, only worked at initial setup and didn't work after that. Tv and phone were connected to same internet the whole time

AWESOME app, I paid for the full version, but we have 3 LG tv's and it would be nice, if I could change in app for example "living room-bedroom-office" so I wouldn't have to change the pairing code everytime I want to control different tv. Please...otherwise GREAT JOB ! Thank you

I broke my control and it won't connect to my tv it says it's found it but it'll ask me if I turned it in 30 seconds and to check if it's connected to the same network my tv model number is 49LH570A LG SMART TV
