I purchased an application with the understanding that it to some extent worked. I have not been able to use it one single time, the server has been down and all support links are met with closed doors how do I get my money back?

Waste of money. App doesn’t work at all. Will not accept login info and password. Just doesn’t work at all. I have a brand new 2017 model LG 4K smart tv and an iPhone 7 Plus with everything updates and app is completely useless.

This is a very poorly designed App. Hard to navigate and to setup to show your phone content on your TV. Lacks flexibility to change the size of the photos when they are displayed on your TV. Images are very small, so it defeats the purpose of showing your photos on a TV set. Waste of money and time.

This is my first review in the App Store ever. I felt I had to let others know that this is an awful product. I agree with the other reviewers on here 100%. I just wish I had read them before purchasing. A waste of money. Terrible, amateur design. Hard to navigate ...and I'm a technically savvy person! Buyer Beware!

So I have a brand new LG TV and this app is garbage. I literally cannot believe I paid money for it. I never leave reviews but this one warrants it. Do not buy. It's worthless and I couldn't even connect to the TV. If I could give it negative 5 stars I would. I want my money and my life I spent on this app back!!
