When selecting the Dealers button it was showing just a grid no dealers and there distance from your location and now when you select that button it kicks out of the app. Tried deleting the app and re-reinstalling it and something, did a reset still not working, shut down the phone still not working. I'm using a iPhone 5s with the latest iOS 10.1.1 update

First impressions

Good App1211

I almost never allow an App access to my location when not active. There is no credible reason for this App to know this. I've used other roadside Apps and they would notify a call center that then would call me. In this way they would also know it's me, know where I am and the vehicle(s) I have. Technology should work for me; I shouldn't work for it.

What is the point of this app? I can know my location and where the dealers are from Google Maps. What would be helpful is knowing where my tow truck is or the status of my "assistance". I've been waiting 1 hour past the service window this evening. Why be a Lexus owner when you have terrible service when you need roadside assistance the most? Also, would be helpful if the app enables you to schedule the service call for the down vehicle and automatically arrange for a loaner car. This app needs more work. Why be a Lexus owner if they put out substandard non-helpful apps?

Not a great app

The only thing that this app does is give you a direct line to call Roadside Assistance. (If you programmed it already in your phone, you can delete the app now). It also shows you your location, which is also done by opening Google maps or asking Siri “where am I”? So you can delete the app for good. Even though McGrath Lexus is about 3.5 miles away, it tells that there aren’t any dealers nearby. Dear designers, please provide a better tool for an app if you want customers to use it. I agree that it should forward me a picture of where the tow truck is located like Uber and Lyft do.

It gives a phone number and a map to a dealership. I can use google for an easier and quicker method. Too bad it won’t let me submit directly to Lexus Roadside, I’ve been on hold for over 20 minutes!
