2020 RX 350 connect to BT no apps just like everyone else who has left a comment. $60K+ for a car, what a crap App. Stop telling everyone to contact Lexus cause you apparently don’t care to fix this since it’s the end of January and you have done absolutely nothing.

When you first turn on the car, it prompts you to connect via Bluetooth or ignore. No matter what you pick, it keeps popping up every 10 seconds. The only way to make it stop it to connect by USB cable. I never use any of the apps. I agree with the other reviewer, if I knew it was this bad, I would not have bought a Lexus.

I’d give it a ZERO if I could! Can’t believe this is from Lexus. 10s of thousands of dollars on a new car and this is what Lexus puts out there! AWFUL!!! Don’t waste your time with this app. Nothing works, no matter how much time you sit there trying to make it work! What a black hole of time. Lexus - you’re a luxury brand... perhaps your app should behave like it too!!!

This is the absolute worst app remote system I have ever seen. Half the time the remote app doesn’t work and it gives you a number to call, if you call the number, you will be on hold indefinitely. No matter when you call day or night , you will be connected to elevator music until you just give up and hang up, which is most likely what they want. If you got a free trial use it but never, I repeat never, pay for their totally useless services

Does NOT work with my RX350. I don’t think they support 1.0 Not happy for all the $$$ I spent on the apps/services and to have them not support a 2015 RX350

This is my second request to the Developer. What is this app for at this point? Please explain why this app has to pop up and disrupt what I'm doing on my phone Everytime I start the car? Why? Also why do I loose what little this app does when I plug in the Apple CAR play? Why on a premium xar brand do I have less functionality then my wife's 25k Mazda. My God her car has Bluetooth Car play, I have a 100k LC 500 missing that and more! Why? Lastly, you have hundreds of reviews here dealing with my issues and many more and I can report as this is my third Lexus since 2015 thsy you have not done anything to make this app worth a Dann! NOTHING! Apparantly Toyota won't pay to have any useful apps on this thing as they killed Tune In, Open Table and kept IHeart. Seriously? Then you add to worthless no name music apps I assume cost next to nothing. I see Dev responses on this review page. I just bought my third Lexus and I can say they have updated from Circa 2007 technology to at least offer half of Apple car play. You can't use Apple car play Via Bluetooth like my coworkers Ford and Mazda vehicles though. Instead of leaving my phone in my pocket and connecting with Car play Via Bluetooth, I have to open the console and plug it in and leave it there because there is no phone storage in my $106,000 Lexus LC500. I'm going to investigate returning this car Via lemon laws. Lexus is not attempting to fix problems, they have worthless no name apps. Lost Open Table, Pandora etc. They Grey out apps theyve lost use of, it looks like total crap! What is your fix for this Mr. Developer?

I just bought a “new to me” 2017 Lexus ES 350. Imagine my surprise when my first Lexus luxury car didn’t have what was standard on my *older* Honda basic vehicle. My hopes were briefly raised when I learned of the 2.0 version of this app. Unfortunately, my hopes were dashed when I realized that this app is only for 2018 and newer vehicles. Please give me reason to hope again! Will you be adding older models? If so, when?

Requires login every time even though phone is secured. User refresh required to update range after fillip (should be automatic). Tank full graphic does not update at all. Unforgivable in a paid app!

I was so happy when Lexus offered CarPlay. The Enform app suite is so clunky and doesn’t work most of the time It repeatedly pops with a message to ignore or allow and no matter what you select it keeps on popping up. I’m going to uninstall. It’s useless and extremely annoying.
