Lexica for Scrabble Pro

Lexica™ Word Finder is a word search utility, with intuitive, simple ways to search for words allowed in word games that use the OWL2 (also known as TWL6) word list as their word source, such as the North American version of Hasbro, Inc.’s Scrabble® game, as well as the SOWPODS word list, used in the International version of Scrabble®. Switching between the two word lists is a snap! Search for words based on the letters in the beginning, end, or anywhere within the words; or use the powerful pattern match search to find all words containing the letters on your rack. You can even specify one or more letters already on the board and Lexica will provide all the words that can be added on to it using your letters.

Ads literally everywhere on a $2.99 app
mf_dta

I paid three dollars for this app and every entry is riddled with advertisements. For each page that shows a definition there is 1.) a floating banner ad at the bottom that moves with the scrolling action, 2.) a banner ad at the top of the page, 3.) a SECOND banner ad at the top of the page, 4.) an large ad with a large image in between each definition of the word, 5.) at least one large flash or somehow animated ad at the bottom of the page. The entry for the word "aardvark" had seven (7!) total advertisements. This is seven text-based distractions while you're parsing out what is the useful information on the page, seven extra elements to slow down the loading of the page, and seven places to accidentally click and navigate you away from the app while you're trying to scroll. Not to mention the intrusive banner ads the floats at the bottom of the page and scrolls with you as you search. It's infuriating for a paid app, and especially one that costs thee dollars, to abuse their user like this. Also, will frequently freeze and not allow you to navigate back to the search page from definitions even by swiping from the left side of the screen. The sorting features and the clean graphics interface would have made this an enjoyable app otherwise but that advertisements make it difficult to read and use. There has to be a better word finder app than this and I'd encourage you to find it. For the record, I'm not old and crazy and bad at using my phone. I'm in my twenties and I've had four generations of iPhones. I just recognize a crappy design when I see it.

You cannot simply put in letters and return the words those letters and only those letters are used.
