Latest version prompts me with pop up every time I open the app asking me to turn on Bluetooth.

When it sends you an alert

On your phone and you open it, the story isn’t there and you can’t read the alert. PLEASE fix this! It’s so frustrating to read a breaking news story and then can’t get it.
