can’t get it to work

can’t even get the app and machine to work correctly. i’ve connected the machine to my wifi and when i go to the app to control it, none of the buttons do anything despite it saying it’s connected.

Does not connect. I’m using an iPhone 11 on a working WiFi network. When I connect to the Levo 2, the app won’t recognize it. I am accurately following instructions. For a 349$ device, a nonfunctional app is inexcusable.

The fact that this machine costs this much money yet the app won’t connect to the iPhone is complete ludicrous. There is nothing online to help you fix this issue. Will be going out of my way to make sure that I spread this information of this defect. This issue needs to be patched or there should a be refund. No iPhones that are 9 or better can connect.

Interesting how the app is their key selling point, yet won’t work on Apple devices. I’ve now tried 3 different devices to try and pair with the Levo and each time would show in settings as connected and get in the app continues to say, ‘you are not conected to your LEVO’s network’...if no solution or fix is given soon, y’all should be giving people refunds because this is pretty ridiculous.
