Letterboxd is life

My favorite app. Love reading about what other people think of movies I’ve seen.

Love it

Obviously a terrific app. Could use an API though.

The only movie app you need

jess1839

This app blew me away when I discovered the “Where to watch” feature. I love to keeps watchlist, but that takes it one step farther to be able to instantly know where I can find a film instead of searching apps one at a time. The only thing that could make this app more fun is achievements. I’d love to have it be more interactive and allow me to challenge my friends.

Nice overall

bryan121

I don't personally care for most of the social features but generally a very nice way to keep track of watched movies. I wish the watch list had a text only view mode to quickly scan through. Until it does I still use Todo Movies, another great app for making lists of movies.

WHY ISNT THIS APP MORE POPULAR

Jacob_Jaz

I really love this app and I regularly try to get more people involved in this app. It has helped me personally keep track of movies that i have seen and movies I want to see. I have seen a book related social media gain a low level of traction but i don’t understand why a movie related social media hasn’t. Everyone likes (or at cares about some) movies and I would honestly love to be able to see what all of my friend’s favorite movies are or what they thought of recent movies they’ve seen. Desperately wish this was more popular. This being said i wish it was a bit more social media based. Clearly i care about what everyone is watching, and while i use it now as more of a personal journal, for it to gain wider success i believe it needs to act as more of a social media.

Great app!

I love this app, and it’s really made my journey with film much more enjoyable. It’s like Goodreads for movies, as they say, but so much cooler. I do have to say that the selection is not endless, as I haven’t been able to find everything on here, but there seems to be nearly every movie ever made. Thanks team!
