Stuck app won’t let me solve the puzzle

In the Cafe Mexicana #7 I can no longer enter any words so I can’t start the level please fix this I love the game but I hate being stuck and I want to delete the app because I can’t do anything.
Ads are too much

I don’t mind ads if they aren’t excessive. But now that they have gone to 4 part ads, it makes the game miserable to play. Too bad because I liked the game otherwise.

Love solving the daily soup every day and the other puzzles! I get the rest of the family involved when I need help and we all enjoy figuring out the words. We have also learned new ones, and many not derived from English we would have never learned otherwise!

This game is great. It really challenges your mind. I enjoy playing it, but more importantly I love the prompt attention received from support. It doesn't get any better than that. That being said I can,t seem to get notifications anymore.

Why are we no longer getting free hints when we get through a level? I may give up if this feature doesn’t come back. I’d really appreciate a response from developers.
