I love this game! The last update messed up the “magnets” on the letters and they all bunch up funny and don’t come together well; especially the W, it’s stuck in one place and will not move.

non existent customer support, game charged me, I tried to get a resolution but nothing, no contact and it still shows me ads. With the latest iOS update the letters do not snap or set where you want. Had to delete it

Loved playing this game until the latest update that caused the letters to stack on each other instead of next to each other. I emailed support but got no response. Please fix this soon!

Oops...doesn't work with current IOS update

I was enjoying the game until it became incompatible with the current IOS update and has been this way for several weeks. The letters now move on top of each other and seem to have a mind of their own.

Why are the letters on the fridge suddenly going on top of one another instead of “sticking” side by side????????? Almost impossible to form words now. Please put it back the way it was!!!!!

I did love this game till it started messing up like someone else said. Letters slide all together in a pile when you try to make words.
