Excited about the potential , just needs some more sublets

I think this idea has a lot of potential especially since I normally post on multiple sites regarding my last sublet. For now it just needs some more sublets added before becomes actually useful, but I'm excited for the new website coming out to help share the links and search.

I want to sign up but it keeps asking me to agree the terms and condition which I checked in the beginning but the error still shows up.

I cannot sign up, which is required to use the app, as it keeps telling me to accept the Terms and Conditions. I selected the agree checkbox on the previous screen but it's not working. Please fix.
