I miss my Letris

What has happened. First I could not get the game to connect to the internet. Now it will not open at all. i use an ipad as does one of my friends and he is having the same issues. Help!
What’s happening to this app?

For months it had some stability issues, and then went through a period a few weeks ago where it was down for nearly two weeks, it seemed. Now the app closes immediately after being opened. It’s a fun game when it works, but the stability issues only seem to be getting worse.

I simply LOVE Letris with Friends! I have just played Word Matrix of the three games. And yes,it is TOTALLY addictive!

Fun word game, would recommend to anyone who enjoys word games. Sooo addicting!! Out of all the games I've tried this one is the only one that has stayed with me the longest and it never gets old & boring.
