New Account Suspended. No support.

I created a brand new profile yesterday. This morning I woke up and my account was suspended with no reason indicated. I sent a request to their support email address this morning at 10:30 and I have had no response back eight hours later. I wish to delete my account. I sent another email message requesting instructions to do so. This app does not have adequate support.

Although this app technically superior to other dating apps, the lack of volume of participants serves to only makes the search for someone even more futile.

This app is full of scammers. Do not fall victim like so many people have already. Read the comments on the bottom before you start chatting with someone.
Unexplained suspension

Lesly admin suspended my account within an hour of me setting it up, without any explanations. I can only assume that it’s because I’m somewhat androgynous and a person of colour. They did not even respond to my email inquiring about the suspension.

I’ve only had the app for about 24 hours and haven’t had one message... why? Well, because you have to pay to actually do anything. Yes, I understand they have to turn a profit, but I’m not going to pay $10 per month unless I know it works and I’m making good connections. It doesn’t even give the option of a free trial. In the end it was a waste of my time and I got nothing out of it. Don’t bother downloading it unless you are ready to pay.
